Using the Site

These terms apply to your use of atwworks.com (the "Site"), operated by Anderson Technology Works LLC ("ATW"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the information on the Site

The Site describes ATW Core, ATW Diagnostics, ATW Erase, and our services. Descriptions, screens, animations, and videos are illustrative: screens use sample data, and background footage is stock video that does not show our software or customers. Features, availability, and terms of any product or service are set out in a written agreement or order between you and ATW, not on this Site.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the ATW name, logos, design, text, and software, belong to ATW or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse our content or branding without our written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by trying to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or by using it for unlawful purposes. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive personal data through the contact form.
